NUTRAYOURS FACTORY
Nutrayours has Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) preparation workshops, pre-treatment workshops, and plant extraction workshops. The TCM preparation workshop is a D-class clean workshop. The workshops are equipped with an air purification system, an air pressure station, and a purified water system.
We use NS800-Ⅲ continuous dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment, which features a high degree of automation, quick leaching, high efficiency, and low energy consumption, thereby maximizing the extraction of effective components in natural products. Resin column adopts automatic control to minimize human error and risk, and ensure that product quality is uniform, stable, and safe.
The whole production process is carried out continuously, and the processed product is transported through sealed pipelines, which can effectively prevent microbial pollution. The containers and pipes directly in contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, which can ensure that the residues of toxic and harmful substances, such as plasticizers, are qualified.
R&D CENTER
Nutrayours has strong R&D. The R&D center is composed of professional staff majoring in pharmacy, TCM preparations, chemical analysis, food and nutrition, biotechnology, and others. The R&D center is equipped with HPLC, UV, GC, rotary evaporation, column chromatography, high-speed tubular centrifuges, high-speed centrifuges, and other advanced equipment.
We can provide professional product customization services for the pharmaceutical, health food, and cosmetics industries. The whole process, such as the purchase of raw materials, R&D, production, quality control, and final delivery, shall be carried out strictly according to relevant requirements to ensure the continuity and stability of product quality and supply.
